Kennedy’s Lawyer Has Asked the F.D.A. to Revoke Approval of the Polio Vaccine

From a current report in The New York Times:
The lawyer helping Robert F. Kennedy Jr. pick federal health officials for the incoming Trump administration has petitioned the government to revoke its approval of the polio vaccine, which for decades has protected millions of people from a virus that can cause paralysis or death.

That campaign is just one front in the war that the lawyer, Aaron Siri, is waging against vaccines of all kinds.

Mr. Trump and Mr. Kennedy have spoken about vaccines, the president-elect told Time magazine in an interview published Thursday. Mr. Trump pledged to do “very serious testing” and to get rid of some vaccines “if I think it’s dangerous, if I think they are not beneficial.”

  • Clueless at the helm. Are they really going to give him a pass to fuck us all up? Mother pus bucket.
  • Murderers seem to be making the rules. I'm right. No problem. I'm dead and this is my hell so it doesn't affect the rest of you unless America means as much to you as it does to me. If it does, watch out, don't end up in hell.

Hell no, they won’t. Money talks and you know what walks.

Too much $$ in big pharma to let this happen. Ask yourself what % of his promises Trump actually delivered on last time around? How’s that “wall” across the border going?
  • @hank : What remained of the wall was sold for scrap when Dems took control.

    ORK? ?????????
OK, maybe the wall was a bad idea. A 50-foot-tall wall will only produce 51-foot ladders. But why not leave it up. Might not be the way the Dems wanted to go with border security, but at least it would serve as an inconvenience for those wanting to sneak in. Jaypers.

Again: between the two major Parties, this country stands in the middle of a mountainous hot mess.

  • I believe that what had been erected of the wall remains standing. If I remember correctly there were some piles of wall material which was unsuited for the terrain where it had been intended to be used, and that was sold for scrap.

I'm not super-sure on this, but that's my recollection.

In a million years the new species living on earth will find a piece of the wall and wonder if aliens or intelligent life ever lived here. ;^)
  • Someone might have asked the German Democratic Republic about how well their wall worked.
  • Fairly well, actually, after working on it for quite a long time.

    Sadly true.

The return of polio and smallpox (and other preventable diseases) would be devastating for the future generations. The idiots have not learned the wonder of vaccines.

Edit: Even the previous FDA head appointed by Trump in 2017 is against Kennedy for the lack of proper technical background. This time around many appointees are selected based their loyalty and not of their qualifications for that particular job.

Many of this cult do not believe in science. I expect they believe adding prayer to schools and posting the Ten Commandments in every classroom will please The Lord and thereby more than offset whatever harmful effects abandoning vaccines might pose.

    That too!
