2021 capital gains distribution estimates (mutual funds and ETFs)
Typically, you have to go to ETF sponsors' sites. There are so many ETFs and ETF sponsors. But I suppose that a thread can be started with the major ETF Sponsors, BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, Invesco, Schwab. But then it would be lot of effort to make the list complete.
State Street https://www.ssga.com/us/en/intermediary/etfs/resources/documents/capital-gain-distributions
Schwab - I only found its general schedule https://schwab.bynder.com/m/15dbdbecf7339e7f/
Looks like 6-8% this year.
Do we want to keep adding ETF YE distributions in this thread? If you prefer a separate thread, I can start a new thread and copy YBB's post there but such a new thread needs to be pinned to the top. Some fund companies only or primarily have ETFs. Pl let me know.
On search, I found that ETFs from BlackRock/iShares, Hartford, Schwab, Vanguard (integrated list) are already listed. So, from my short list, only Invesco and SSGA remain to be added.
As many firms offer both mutual funds and ETFs, it should be easy to include ETFs so that there are 2 links instead of 1 link (except for the firms that issue a combined list).
While I have a couple of ETFs posted, you could either add them to this existing post or start a new post. I think Davis also has an ETF link which has not been included.
It seem logical to post them in this post as everyone can see the distributions from MFs and ETFs in one spot.
I never included ETFs as I spent a lot of time searching for MF links, but I am not opposed to including in this post if it is alright.
Some ETF links are cited above including WisdomTree.
My mistake. I didn't see a fund (old cache copy?), but when I refreshed the page, it was there.
PTAM. Performance Trust PTIAX Strategic Bond: .0771 cents/share
Muni Fund: PTIMX : zero.
Credit Fund. PTCRX: .02 cents/share.
Brown Advisory Mutual Funds
BTW, I wanted to check unusually large CG distribution for LC-growth index TILIX of 7.38% and it is true. It probably had some large outflows.
I generally do not go back and edit the old links as it is very time consuming. Generally, I leave it up to the readers to go check the new amounts once the old links become obsolete.
I did update the Vanguard link since it now includes ETFs.
Has anyone been able to get PGIM info? Their web site is truly hard to navigate.
PGIM estimates are under Perritt Funds estimates.
@TheShadow: I believe Perritt has only two funds. PGIM is the massive Prudential operation.
Yes, Perritt has only two funds in comparison to PGIM. If you refer to the first page of this post, you will see PGIM is after Perritt due to being in alphabetical order.
Bruce Fund (called rep on 12/17 and received the following info which is tentative):
ordinary income -$9.7481
ST CG -$1.9481
LT CG - $50.2761
JUST POSTED on 17 Dec. to my wife's IRA, but still pending. I did not look at the per-share amounts. The "split," I mean.
I just checked my account with the transfer agent. The distributions have already been re-invested into my account.
