I own both BAMBX and MNWAX at Fidelity and Schwab. They are ntf at both brokerages, which the article failed to mention. Also use MERFX HMEAX and BALPX. Multiple funds, but I just don't like "putting all my eggs" in one alternative basket !
+1 fd1000 I sold all my shares of CTFAX after that change. The only reason I bought it was its ability to limit stock holdings at 10% during market tops. Now it's just another 50-70% allocation fund or tactical allocation fund !
+1 sma That's why I look at the worst 3 month period(not limited to calendar quarters) listed at Schwab for any funds I invest in. The period covered seems to go back to the 2007-2008 timeframe.
For me to make a decision, I would have to look at Sharpe ratios for these 2 funds as well as VBIAX VTMFX and VWELX . Fidelity shows VBIAX with the highest 3 yr SR at 0.71( VTMFX was unavailable) The ER of HBLYX is also 0.68, by far the highest in…

Fidelity doesn't seem to have an etf version of this fund, although the returns of FDIS are similar to FSRPX. Amazon comprises about 33% of both funds.
