What are your concerns with these funds? Day to day, IOFAX seems to move in very small increment (price) and then pays a nice dividend monthly/yearly. They both have a short life span (open in 2014) so pretty much untested in down markets. @Junkster…
FAIRX has also been dinged by its large bets on Fannie and Freddie that never materialized. The fund bleeds 1% in ER as well. It is holding over 25% in cash.
