I certainly don't trust them. It would appear that banks can pretty much do whatever they want and walk away with little to no punishment and most certainly no personal responsibility whatsoever. There's that and they never quit asking for more.
Some answers maybe.

Hank you said "Frankly, I wasn’t aware every member of Congress can gain 100% access to top secret information until you brought it to my attention. With over 500 active members of Congress and hundreds more now out of office (some perhaps serving t…
Leaving out Tillinghast and Danoff is a nonstarter for me. Then again maybe it's a clue that these two might be getting set to hit the retirement highway.
Agree PRESSmUP. Are you really part of the resistance if you continue to accept this abominable and abnormal behavior? See John McCain if you need a clue about what to do.

@Ted - yeah I ran across them (k-1's on preferred's) a year or so ago and they surprised me a bit. TurboTax handles mine with just a minute or 2 of my time.
@Ted - just one example:
"The new preferred from ARES is non-cumulative and redeemable in 5 years which is typical for preferred issues. What is not typical is that these shares will generate a K-1 at tax time instead of the more typical 1099. Th…
