@Mav123 To your question: "Does anyone here invest in dividend-producing portfolios? "
Out of curiosity, I placed these 4 dividend oriented etf's against PRWCX.

I do not suggest any of the…
Thank you, @msf.
NOTE: I don't know of anyone who has received the "Notice 1444".
I help a couple of elderly folks with tax filing, who have very simple tax calculations. They use paper filing, always owe the Fed's a little money and always hav…
Fidelity FundsNetwork is the UK's online investment services platform from Fidelity Worldwide Investment.
Is your account held in and/or through the U.K. ???
Pass what you have offered, I can not add comment; and your contacting Fidelity is indeed…
James Alpha Advisors, yes???
I may be wrong, but it appears these funds are offered through and using an advisor.
Do you hold these funds using an advisor??? Or did you have your own access previously without an advisor/broker?
Here's the list again..........so, check the 52W % change column (click to sort the column) for a quick and dirty view of some numbers from around the globe and select sectors.
Congratulations to those who went all in at the bottom, one year ago. :)
I should have placed the below links in order of dates, but anyway..... there are some portions within the links below to YouTube videos, aside from the actual full length movie or documentary (PBS). The links are broad based so that you may look at…
This link is directed to ARKG, the bio-med, genomic related etf. The short write contains a podcast. While some may consider this is an info-mercial for ARK; education is within the discussion.

Hi @BenWP and @JonGaltIII et al
As with most items deemed collectible; one finds scarcity, condition and a willing collector base, as critical measures, to achieve and maintain a forward motion in pricing (inflation offset). Auto auctions provide a…

I used the word "averaging" and found various posts, but did find comments from OS about dollar cost averaging back into 2018. I didn't proceed from that point as I don't know what exactly you are looking for. I didn't have to travel but about 5 pag…
@Derf
I didn't go through many pages, but; as you note, anywhere "dca" are combined letters, search will find that match.
What are you attempting to do searching these letters together?
DCA search finds the term properly when mentioned in threads for "Dollar Cost Averaging". The only other I find is for the word, Podcast; which has DCA letters together. I don't obtain any other trash combinations.
Oh, I missed this thread after replying to another thread about Bitcoin.
Here is a 13 minute video offering from 2018, one of many "Bitcoin for Dummies".
Hi @JonGaltIII
FBALX has been a solid performer for many years. We've been in and out of various bond funds over the years. Not to chase a yield UP for the sake of earning money from yield, but when yields are moving DOWN to obtain the price perfor…
@Mark et al
I've mentioned this previously, too. But, Mark's statement (below in quote) is critical if one desires to travel into the newer tech. areas; or to spend a decent amount of time paying attention to innovation, be it by Bloomberg, podcasts…

Hi @LewisBraham et al
I hear you.
Heck, there have been too many times over the years having a chat with those who had not yet started any personal savings/investments via a 401k, 403b or IRA and ATTEMPT to explain what the stock/bond markets are…

Hi @sma3

@johnN
I will have to assume that you consider this fund to be appropriate for your Mom's retirement account, yes ???
Only a meaningful holding of at least 25% of a total portfolio would be helpful for performance. Otherwise, one is just fiddling ar…
Hi @JonGaltIII
Also, thanks for sharing the bond funds you own above!
To clarify:
We don't own any of the bond funds in the chart I posted. This was from a list provided by @KHaw24 .
This list is today closing info, March 3. The list is generally available about 6:30pm, EST. The last two numbers in each line are numbers of shares buy/sell and % of that particular holding within the ETF.

@JonGaltIII et al
I''m not pushing having bond investments. Too many variables for each individual. The write is about a simple 50/50 of equity and bonds over time.
I offer this real world example starting in 2006, and will provide the past 10 …
@KHaw24
The below chart is for the 4 funds you noted. The backwards view only goes to May, 2015; which indicates one of the funds had it's inception date in May, 2015. These returns are for total return, which includes all distributions. You will no…
The bond world is so large in terms of $$$ globally. We small $ value folks wander around among the sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and all the other large players. We do our best based upon our knowledge, experience and intuition. I do my bes…
Hi @JonGaltIII
but for the last 10 + years it was a bad mistake
I'll play "chart it". Give me 5 bond fund tickers that you're not happy about over the past 10 years. They don't have to be anything you hold or have held. What would you prefer to be …
One might expect that this etf will obtain investment flows. Will the etf find the "Robinhood" run? Fidelity indicates at this time, that options are not available. I consider this a positive for a somewhat more normal (whatever normal is today for …
