    He could have posted:

    The idea that I have answered or will ever answer your question is ludicrous.
    The idea that I have answered, or will ever answer, your question is ludicrous.
    The idea that I have answered — or will ever answer — your question is ludicrous.

    All three are grammatically acceptable. I have read enough of his posts to understand his style, given that English being his second language. What I am suggesting is that his use of the em dash is characteristic of stylistic patterns frequently noted in AI generated text.

    I asked my REXX contact only a couple weeks ago if they were going to survive, and he reported that they said yes. But chapter 11 was filed today, as perhaps you saw. Man, how awful and what a sorry sight. 11 is supposed to mean ongoing business, just restructuring; not like chapter 7 or 13. No point in selling now. What a bad saga that turned out to be.
