Each time Trump nominates a new candidate. Such a pleasure to see the meltdown.
The border closure could not be handled better under woke. Surprise? not T isn't in yet, and already Mexico and Canada showed up...with their puppy eyes.
Trump’s nominees have been fantastic. He has obviously learned a lot from his first term. More to the point, he won by a landslide and dragged the Senate with him. To prevent some idiot from mentioning the popular vote, I’ll repeat the obvious: both campaigns were essentially waged in 7 states with 93 electoral votes. There is no “popular” vote. In these battleground states, Trump won the election 7-0 (states) and 93-0 (electoral votes). With a crushing defeat of his opponent, Trump received and earned a sweeping mandate.
He’s assembled an awesome cabinet and administration to help carry out that mandate in a cohesive and effective way. My only regret is that he hasn’t appointed Hulk Hogan to a role in his administration (yet), just to make the Left’s heads explode.
Now we learn that Kamala paid Oprah, Beyoncé and other celebrity losers $millions for their endorsements, and blew through $1.5 billion on planes and booze, ending up $20 million in debt. Crucially, not one internal poll ever had her leading. She defrauded her donors. What a surprise.
The Democrats have no leader and no vision or message other than the insane ones that led to their defeat. With so many red-hot GOP leaders in the generation of Vance, Rubio, etc. I can easily see another 20 years or more of GOP leadership of the country.
I know it’s a cliche, but 11/5/2024 was very likely the most important election of our lifetimes. The country truly avoided an extinction-level meteor strike.
Trump’s nominees have been fantastic. He has obviously learned a lot from his first term.
I have no doubt that you think Trump's picks have been fantastic. We know your moral compass.
Count One
CHARLES KUSHNER did knowingly and willfully conspire and agree with others to persuade, induce, entice, and coerce an individual to travel in interstate commerce to engage in prostitution and sexual activity for which a person could be charged with a criminal offense, contrary to Title 18, United States Code, Section 2422(a), and did an act to effect the object of the conspiracy
Count Two
CHARLES KUSHNER did knowingly and willfully, and with the intent to retaliate, take an action harmful to a person, namely Cooperating Witness 1 (“CW1"), for providing to a law enforcement officer truthful information relating to the commission and possible commission of a Federal offense.
Count Three
CHARLES KUSHNER did knowingly, willfully and corruptly endeavor to influence, obstruct and impede the due administration of justice, namely, a grand jury investigation being conducted in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
NEWARK - Real estate developer and political contributor Charles Kushner was sentenced today to 24 months in prison for his pleas of guilty to assisting in the filing of false tax returns, retaliating against a cooperating witness and making false statements to the Federal Election Commission, U.S. Attorney Christopher J. Christie announced.
Elon Musk wants to 'delete' a federal agency designed to prevent another financial crisis and protect people from scams
"In his efforts to cut government costs, Elon Musk has thrown his support behind shutting down a federal office created in the wake of the Great Recession to regulate financial services used by Americans.
The CFPB was created by Congress as part of the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act. The law aimed to strengthen oversight of Wall Street after its risky mortgage lending practices caused the global financial crisis. The CFPB has a broad mandate to protect Americans from deceptive or abusive practices by US financial firms. The agency investigates consumer complaints related to credit cards, loans, bank accounts, and debt collection and enforces consumer protection laws."
Birds of a feather. Criminals already, most of them. Such "leadership." The Dems are far from perfect, as well. But Repugnants have long ago sold their soul. It's done, and we are toast, by any civilized measure. The Orange tong will accelerate it, turbo-charge it. Yes, Joe saved Hunter's bacon, after he said repeatedly he would not. Was Hunter a political victim? The question itself points to the erosion of our standards: the courts and Justice Dept. USED TO BE nonpartisan, without question. Now Orange Pus will weaponize everything. Can you say, 'Banana Republic,' boys and girls? I just KNEW you could.
* The Binden gang got millions from our enemies, and the big guy, Joe, knew about it. Hunter was pardoned, but its nothing for the libs. * City of New York to pay $ 220 million in rent for a hotel owned by the Pakistan governmentto house illegals. * The Kamala campaign spent billions and paid millions to rich entertainers. * DEI and woke cost businesses millions, mostly fake. * Thousands of illegal kids have been abused and raped; nothing for libs. * Thousands of gang members and terrorists went thru the border. * WW3 is closer because of Joe and Kamala.
If Elon fire 20% of our Gov employees and makes 5% mistakes, I'm OK with that.
If our politicians were honest and wanted to do good for the American people, they would go after the money. This means investments, banks, insurance companies, pharma, and PBM, but most of them are corrupt.
The "Banana Republic" started when Trump came to power. First a coup by the FBI,CIA,the justice dept and several Dem leaders. Then, they chased T for years nonstop. I wish T would respond accordingly and put some Democrats in jail and others get bankrupted. It's called an eye for an eye.
If our politicians were honest and wanted to do good for the American people, they would go after the money. This means investments, banks, insurance companies, pharma, and PBM, but most of them are corrupt.
Possibly we can find common ground. Do you believe that Trump will go after the money, including investment banks, insurance companies, pharma and PBMs?
There is more chance Trump may do something than others. The main problem is other politicians who serve long term on both parties. But, he already nominated several who might make a dent in our food and drugs. Food manufacture and pharma have huge influence. One sell us garbage, Americans get fat and sick, and the other sell us drugs to make us better long term without solving the problem...and we are exporting is all to the rest of the world. 50 years ago Americans ate basic good food and were much healthier and now they eat packaged boxes(hint, if it's in a box there is a high chance it's not good for you), and cereal is part of the food pyramid. Cereal, OMG.
The Kool-Aid Wino. Spouting partisan junk. For him and the rest of them, facts are not facts until you spin, twist, manipulate, mutilate and destroy them, to present them as "alternative" facts. LOL.
The usual, Dems are so upset they resort to name calling and rudeness. The big guy, Joe, was the worst prez in my life and a pathological lier. Sure, all politicians lie, but Joe is so far ahead. Of course, we found out the Lib media is part of the party, instead of reporting the news, they didn't. BTW, many said they were going to leave the country; it's the second time they promised that.
@FD1000 Obviously the democrats targeted Trump because of his politics and to torpedo his campaign. Hell, the DAs involved *campaigned* to win their offices by promising to jail the orange monster.
I think Trump’s DOJ will be vastly fairer than Biden’s weaponized DOJ/FBI. Nevertheless, any prosecutors that were involved in the democratic weaponization of DOJ should be kicked into the street and only bounce once on the way out.
The five posters on MFO can whine all they like about the Evil Orange One, but they cannot ignore the fact that both candidates waged a 7-state campaign, which Trump won 7-0 (states) and 93-0 (electoral votes). He also made enormous gains in states like New Jersey which shouldn’t have even been close. Trump won a crushing victory and a sweeping mandate, not just from those 7 states but actually from all 50. Hell, he almost won Minnesota! ‘Nuff said.
I have no doubt that you think Trump's picks have been fantastic. We know your moral compass.
WWE Ring Boys.
WWE co-founder Linda McMahon allegedly ignored claims of child sexual abuse at the wrestling company.
"Before serving in Trump’s cabinet as head of the Small Business Administration and joining his super PAC America First Action, McMahon ran the WWE alongside her husband Vince McMahon. The duo reportedly allowed Mel Phillips to continue working for the company for years, despite accusations of sex abuse against him by young boys. According to Business Insider, which reviewed hundreds of pages of court records and conducted several additional interviews, the McMahon’s allegedly paid off one of Phillip’s accusers, Tom Cole, $55,000 and offered him a job as a crew member, after the accusations were made public against Phillips in the 90s."
I have no doubt that you think Trump's picks have been fantastic. We know your moral compass.
Pete Hegseth’s Secret History
• Recent revelation that Pete Hegseth had secretly paid a financial settlement to a woman who had accused him of raping her in 2017
• Hegseth was forced to step down by both of the two nonprofit advocacy groups that he ran—Veterans for Freedom and Concerned Veterans for America—in the face of serious allegations of financial mismanagement, sexual impropriety, and personal misconduct
• A previously undisclosed whistle-blower report on Hegseth’s tenure as the president of Concerned Veterans for America, from 2013 until 2016, describes him as being repeatedly intoxicated while acting in his official capacity—to the point of needing to be carried out of the organization’s events
• The detailed seven-page report—which was compiled by multiple former C.V.A. employees and sent to the organization’s senior management in February, 2015—states that, at one point, Hegseth had to be restrained while drunk from joining the dancers on the stage of a Louisiana strip club, where he had brought his team
• The report also says that Hegseth, who was married at the time, and other members of his management team sexually pursued the organization’s female staffers, whom they divided into two groups—the "party girls" and the "not party girls."
As promised, here’s one of Bill Maher’s many comments suggesting the losing side get a life. Hint: spending 12 hours a day on MFO OT with the same five people, jerking each other off with Orange Monster quips, isn’t a life.
Now some serious advice. You’ve got Trump for the next 4 years. But you’ve probably got the GOP in charge of government for the next 12-20 years, and a Supreme Court (consisting of 9 justices, not 15 or 21 or 49) that will eventually be woke-free and remain so long after everyone here is dust. I’m guessing the average age here is probably 60+, so do you really want to spend the rest of your lives moaning and regurgitating the same grief-coping, Orange Monster quips?
Do something with your lives, guys. Me, I’m writing a book. You’re not idiots. Do something that will make your kids and grandkids proud. Politics didn’t go your way. Like George Carlin said, the Earth will survive. Put your talents to good use.
I hope it’s not meltdown in 3, 2, 1… but suspect it will be.
I'm with @Mona. We know your moral compass. We're not buying your stuff, plain and simple. Same reason we are appalled by the Orange douche nozzle. Bye.
"Democrats just can’t stop losing our minds every fifteen minutes. We really need to pace ourselves, or, you know, FFS [for f---'s sake], just grab a grip."
"Buckle up and pack a lunch, because it’s going to be four years of this. And if you have a choice to freak out, you know, on the hour, then that’s your right. But I will not. I’m not that dude, and I’m not that Democrat. I’m going to pick my fights."
"If you freak out on everything, you lose any kind of relevance."
"The Democrats can’t resist a freakout, and that must be the wind under the wings for Trump. Does clutching the pearls so hard — does that change anything? Did it work? Did it change the election? Was it productive? And, like, I can’t believe the outrage. That has to be candy for Trump."

Google for the NBC interview with Fetterman. It’s worth your while to watch.
But yes, you should focus on something else - writing a book, your own lame website that nobody else visits, anything.
BB stats:

These are called "facts".
I am told that 25% of the posts are FD1000 drooling, with another 25% are non-investing posts such as debating which 6" pie pans are better. If BB were a quality site, in the last 24 hours you would have had 668 members and 65 guests online and not 65 members and 668 guests.
Since no one has any issue with what Maher and Fetterman have to say, I assume that the OT forum here is just a simple (very simple) circle jerk. Thought so from the start, but hopefully I contributed a little bit of useful, factual analysis.

A third grade response? My nerves have never been better since Trump crushed Kamala.
Have you noticed others here writing that "my head is exploding", "someone give me a gun so I can shoot myself", etc.? I do believe that you folks are more than a little bit agitated. "Freaking out", Fetterman called it. TDS, Maher calls it. Did you watch the videos?
