M* legacy Portf. Mngr gone, or just malfunctioning?

Nothing here.

Comments

  • It was working yesterday but certainly not today

I had trouble a couple of weeks ago downloading a csv file into legacy, and they responded with the information I needed to fix it. It doesn't help without legacy because the new portfolio manger will not let you download a file and new watch lists on legacy will not show up in the new one

They said they would continue it last year. I hope so
  • After a while, it had the following error message. Posted a note on M* Investor forum.

  • Ok, thanks for the responses. I just checked again. Legacy is still down. Stinky Poopy.
  • .....And now, the newfangled page won't load, either.
  • neither new portfolio or charting is working
  • Glad I'm not PAYING them.

I’m paying them. Frustrating this morning when I tried to compare a few different funds’ performance history. Just checked. Working now.

    I can't access M* Portfolio Manager.
The 504 Gateway Timeout ERROR YBB mentioned previously is being generated.

Edit/Add: Able to access after fourth attempt. Not confident service won't be interrupted again.

I too got in after multiple tries. However, the page is frozen and I keep getting a pop up "Page unresponsive".

9:11 p.m. EST Saturday, still an empty page when trying to look at Legacy. The new flavor does respond. Still stinky poopy.
  • Same here. Blank page for Legacy. The new flavor lists categories but no specific funds.

  • Update: I found I was able to see the data in Legacy by leaving the blank page by clicking "Help". Then I clicked the Go Back arrow in the web browser (Safari) and everything was there.
I wondered if I could repeat the small miracle. I closed the window and opened M* once more in a new window. Once again Legacy was blank and once again I followed the steps that allowed me to see holdings and this time it did not work. Back to Stinky Poopy.
  • It wasn't just the legacy view that was failing but the "new and improved" version as well. It would just sit there spinning.

As others have commented, the legacy portfolio comes and goes.
  • ...."comes and goes." But it worked fine on Friday....
