No, it's what Trump is proposing to rename the United States. Of course he'll also have to rename the Gulf of America to the "Gulf of Próspera", and his magnificent new ballroom to the "Trump Próspera Ballroom".
I think I have it figured out. They set him loose so Pete and Admiral Bradly can later blow him out of the water somewhere as part of the larger "narco-terrorism" war. Good thinking.
