Bankrupt Sears can give $25.3 million in bonuses to top employees, court says
From 2009: When Japan Airlines was having serious financial problems, the CEO stated that as everyone in the company would have to take a pay cut, he also cut his own salary. At the time JAL was the 10th last airline globally. The CEO's salary became $90,000/year, less than a pilot's salary.
A very short read about this fine example of a decent person; versus Sears and there no shame policy.

The bonuses are to encourage top executives to stay throughout restructuring. Hasn't this group done enough already?
