FYI: This year, some child in Chuck's neighborhood will leave his house on Halloween with nothing but a lesson in money management and gambling.

He doubts they will appreciate it, but he hope they enjoy the experience enough not to trick out his house with eggs or toilet paper.

    I'm considering giving out those small packets of condiments you get from fast food restaurants and the like. I have a collection. I rarely go there but the millenials that have tromped through here have left plenty.
