I find that highly unlikely for the foreseeable future... Fund could at least double before Mr. Foster would hard close and to get there would take a great deal of inflows, not likely to come from additions - would need substantial subscriptions.
Obviously it's two different companies but even Grandeur Peak allowed people to continue adding to their hard closed fund if they set up an AIP before it closed and their account was directly with GP. They both seem very shareholder friendly and both reduced their institutional minimum to the same level as retail so I wouldn't be totally surprised to see similar approaches to various things in the future too.
