I'll continue taking probiotics. (I don't own it, but large probiotics stock: CHYHY, they're the people who make probiotics that end up in a lot of yogurts, etc.)

They've long used plants for phytoremediation at environmental problem sites. Quite a few native plants enjoy heavy metals and will absorb and sequester them.
