I received an account statement from the new transfer agent (and one from the prior agent) reflecting the change over to Chartwell. I have not seen a link to access my accounts at the new agent (it was not listed on my statement either). I think I…
The top 10 holdings in NASDX and USNQX as per Google:

Apple Inc (AAPL) 9.51%
Microsoft Corp (MSFT) 6.39%

The March 2016 Kiplinger's magazine "Annual Mutual Fund Issue" section ranks NASDX, for large growth:
#3 for 3 years;
#1 for 5 years; and
#4 for 10 years.

I did see the delayed filing; however, there was not reason listed for the delay; a couple of days later the amended filing was filed again listing the revised date.

I did notice the "No front-end, deferred sales load...," but I was hoping that existing Berwyn shareholders receive "I" shares like the Lake Michigan Bond fund post I linked up last night.

The $675,000 amounts to the value of a house in Bergen, Essex, or Morris County NJ if nothing else. There is talk is getting rid of the estate tax, but it is only talk and something will need to fill the monetary void by getting rid of the est…
Being in NJ, Christie is not well liked right now as he is traveling with his security entourage on the NJ taxpayers' dime and the State economy is going nowhere. Christie was out of the state more than he was in the NJ last year. Bridgegate did n…

As I start to approach retirement in about nine years, I will be one of those fleeing NJ due to high taxes. Looking at Texas with no personal income tax as the place to go.

I found the N-14 filing for Investment Managers Series Trust under "Berwyn".
