I had a co-worker that bought tax liens. He did it for a while; he even ended up living in one of the tax lien properties that he bought only to sell it later. Eviction is the hard part with state laws varying state to state. Better have an attor…
Still own Calamos Market Neutral (CVSIX) and Invenomic Investor class (BIVRX). Bought BIVRX about a month before the market fell off a cliff. Waiting for BIVRX's NAV to climb again.
I have had CVSIX for many years so I am still ahead with it.

@VintageFreak
From the GP website, I looked at their top 10 holdings as of 1/31/2020 for the Micro Cap, Reach and Contrarian funds. I saw two holdings that were in each of the three funds, but held different percentage amounts in each fund.
@VintageFreak,
There is probably some overlap; however, as funds out grow their size limit, they may be carried in another fund. For example GPMCX may have some overlap with Contrarian and Reach, it is not completely the same. Some of those hold…

OXY has already cut their dividend; BA is expected to cut their dividend. I suspect APA will also cut their dividend. Depends on what segment you are looking. The oil sector and air lines will probably see cuts.
@Mark

I bought WAEMX before the market tanked in 2008 then sold it for a loss. Waited for some months and bought back into the fund when it was a lot less than $2.95 per share. It has a similar price structure to WAIOX and WAMVX. Keep in mind …

I own WMICX in taxable account for many years. Only in the last several years has the fund turned around and been on a tear. Expenses are high on most of their funds.
I have several of the funds listed in taxable and non-taxable accounts.
