Vwelx is not a good comparison to Caibx unless you are talking total return.
That would be unreasonable because Caibx primary objective is growing income

AF has the cheapest ERs in the business after VG. Long term investors have done well with AF and I believe will continue to do so in future.

I see little point to market timing for the dividend focused equity investor. Sell your stocks and lose your income. Plus of course there is no guarantee as to where stock prices will go at any given time.
