RPGAX has a 7.22% allocation to the "Blackrock Multi Mgr Partners Offshore" fund, which I'm guessing is part of the secret sauce. Not sure what the secret sauce is for TMSRX . I'd like to create a RYO version of PRWCX, which I'm assuming would invo…
Unfortunately, the best-in-class PRWCX is still closed. JABAX has also done well. Fidelity has a fund screener where you can search all allocation funds, or just target-date funds if you want. You can also search by Sharpe Ratio or Standard Deviat…
Looks like there's a lot of hoops to jump through to live in Croatia. Spain and Portugal are options if you have 500k to buy a residence. In the Western Hemisphere, Uruguay and Costa Rica are the most practical choices;not sure about Chile or Ecuado…
For me, RPHYX outperformed BBBMX TRBUX and DLSNX in 1Q 2020, losing (.74)% . ZEOIX blew up and I was lucky to break even with that fund. I'm sticking with RPHYX for now, but definitely watching it closely !
catch22 +1 TYVM for this info. I rarely make mutual fund trades of $10k. This will help me with many of my trades: buying and selling FBALX or FPURX instead of using AOK , for instance. It also means that if a new Fidelity purchase goes south, I ca…
I thought Fidelity levied short-term transaction fees on 2 or more round-trips within 90 days. Where did you see redemption fees waived for Fidelity funds? Thanks for your info !

+1 aikiron ntf at Schwab and Fidelity. I owned this fund at Schwab and just opened position in my Fidelity taxable and IRA accounts($1,000 minimum) Much better fund than GATEX .
+1 Old Joe. I was taught the same thing as a Catholic. I often wondered what happened to the good people in the Papua New Guinea or Amazon rainforests who never met a Catholic priest?!
Question for wxman123- So the best time to buy GTO is when the share price is less than the NAV(discount) and sell when the premium approaches its historical average ?
Using Portfolio Visualizer from 1/1/08 to 2/05/2020-$10000 beginning balance PRBLX 34,714
VFIAX 27,452. Since I'm a tech-luddite I can't link to the screen. Maybe use 2 different funds in case 1 turns into the next Sequoia or Third Avenue Value !
OK-here's a silly thought. Maybe TRP could start a Global Utilities fund, managed by Giroux. It probably would attract at least a few billion dollars which would generate management fees. The fund would probably never close because the Utilities sec…
I just tried to purchase ITCSX at Schwab, and was told fund wasn't available at Schwab, so now I'm confused? Schwab does offer FLOTX which is one of the least risky Floating Rate Bond funds with $2500 minimum and transaction fee.
