  Bingold, I don't understand the documents for IRS helping fraud victims; How are they able to help without legal jargon? I used H & R block to do my taxes this year and reported teh loss with police report and SEC's lawsuit and all they did was report it as a stolen funds/ponzi scheme and I got extra $1500 child tax credit back from it;
  
  They could not report the lost amount divided by 3000 a year like they do for stocks/bonds/mutual fund losses;

  @bingold, you said Pomerantz already has a case against Wells Fargo but is that the same case we have? Wells Fargo not practicing "push payment fraud" by monitoring accounts where large monies are being deposited and withdrawn quickly.

  @Binggold is right; I have the prospectus and annual reports I got from TBO back in April 2022 and the Barlowe name was not there. Now we all know they used fake names but our CEO was not named Barlow. It was another name (obviously they never mentioned peoples real names but maybe their first "fraudelent" business they did use real names but I would never use my real name if I am trying to fraud people.
  
  I went to legalmatch and entered my story about the fraud and how it happened and I got matched with a lawyer who has extensive background as investigator for CIA or FBI. His name is Michael R Huff based in CA. He charges $325 for consultation; In my legal match story, I did say TBO Capital Group is private (non-SEC). I don't know if these lawyers read everything in the submission in order to reply but he came up twice already from legal match;
