FYI: Ranchers who rely on public land to raise cattle say they have shrinking access to grass and water because of an array of regulations. Government officials say they are protecting natural resources or giving more access to the public for hiking and other activities that fuel the fast-growing recreation industry.

  • Public lands, public use and ranchers are only a fraction of the public.
  • No worries. Pruitt will get rid of them regulations and toss in an oil, gas or mineral mine to boot.
