Impossible to pick a top but from technicals I would expect a 4-6% pullback in biotech soon that shouldn't be a concern given its rise so far. The trend and momentum is still up. But I would use a stop at around 7% below current. Any shock to the markets (such as Ukraine situation getting worse with Russia) can easily result in a 10-15% correction in biotech in a broader market correction (which will also be a buying opportunity).
