Thanks for the article. In my way of thinking, probally somewhat off center, emergings markets were becoming overbought. I am in the process of raising my equity allocation in emerging markets form about 4.5% to the 5% range. With this, I am currently about half way to my target. I did not plan to do any buying this week wanting to see how things move with the budget talks starting to take place now in Washington. And, then there are the debt ceiling debates that follow. Based upon the article, I may rethink my strategy.
