Click on "Add Criteria" (on the right hand side of the black band labeled ETF screener). The last criterion in the list is Leverage; select ETFs without leverage and then click the Add Criteria button.
The ETFs shown as you scroll down should all be unleveraged. You can click on the YTD column to sort these funds. The worst is MarketVectors India Small-Cap ETF (SCIF), the best is Guggenheim Solar (TAN). Got to like that ticker. (A number of the top ETFs YTD are solar/green/alternative energy.)
