defund ICE w/out fed shutdown?

just got tougher due to same type of dem cowards that got nothing from the prior shutdown :
Democratic Reps Cuellar (TX), Golden (ME), Gillen (NY), Gluesenkamp Perez (WA), Davis (NC), Suozzi (NY), and Gonzalez (TX)

last chance today-ish to halt our taxes used to murder innocent fellow citizens, as ICE is fully funded to escalate until late 2027.

    In coming days, six remaining spending bills for fiscal year 2026 will be voted on in the Senate.
    One of my senators, Sen. Patty Murray, is the top Democrat on the Senate Appropriations Committee.
    Sen. Murray was pushing her colleagues to vote for the DHS bill
    because Democrats fought off major increases to the ICE budget.
    After the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti, Murray changed her tune.

    "But in the wake of the shooting, Murray said Sunday on X
    that 'I will NOT support the DHS bill as it stands.'
    'Federal agents cannot murder people in broad daylight and face zero consequences,' Murray wrote.

    For the second time, I contacted both of my senators via phone and email
    and urged them not to vote for the DHS spending bill.

    This is a recent suggestion from Robert Reich's newsletter.

    "Urge your state attorneys general to join with other state AGs and to investigate ICE,
    the Border Patrol, and their leadership (Noem, Miller, Trump),
    with a view toward possible criminal prosecution.
    Trump cannot pardon them or protect them from state-level prosecutions.
    (You can locate the office of your state attorney general through the
    National Association of Attorneys General website or the USAGov directory.
    Most offices have official websites with online complaint forms, phone numbers,
    and mailing addresses for submitting consumer inquiries, complaints, or reports.)"

    If ICE were to be stripped of 100% of its funds,,, the regime would take the money from social security or SNAP. The regime has learned it can do whatever it wants to, whenever it wants to and laws and norms no longer apply. Does anyone disagree? I thought so.
