  • @old_Joe: Even Israeli's don't believe Netanyahu.

An Israel Democracy Institute (IDI) survey from July 2025 found that only 40% of Israelis trust Netanyahu.

An August 2025 poll by The Jerusalem Post shows that only 36% of the Israeli public were satisfied with Netanyahu's performance, while 59% were dissatisfied.

And, another poll in March 2025 showed that 72.5% of Israelis believed Netanyahu should accept responsibility for the events of October 7 and 55% felt he was not interested in releasing the hostages.

And we think that we have problems with Trump!

I understand, yes. Yet there are enough Israeli voters to keep war criminal Bibi and his far-Right Cabinet in power. Yes, it's a minority gummint formed by coalition. But Bibi will do ANYTHING. Just like the Orange Felon. Willing to do ANYTHING. Prosecution of his corruption case (and his wife) will pick-up whenever he is no longer Top Dog. He knows that.
  • Two of a kind. Absolutely no moral compass whatsoever.
  • I was an Israel supporter but they've gone too far.

The actions referenced below are reminscent of McCarthyism.
Attorney Roy Cohn played a major role in McCarthy's anti-Communist hearings.
Cohn's later clients included several prominent Mafia figures (John Gotti, Tony Salerno, Carmine Galante),
Donald J. Trump, along with some other well-known people.

Where was the uproar from my conservative colleagues when people made "inappropriate comments"
regarding the assassination of Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman
or the attempted assassination of Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro via arson?

“From American Airlines to Nasdaq—and in workplaces that include restaurants, schools and law firms—employers have ousted or suspended staff in recent days for gloating, deriding or making otherwise contentious posts about the conservative activist’s killing. Many are getting flagged to the posts by online activists who’ve collected the names of commenters. Some prominent conservatives have joined the call, too.”

“'When you see someone celebrating Charlie’s murder, call them out—and, hell, call their employer,' said Vice President JD Vance as he guest-hosted the late Kirk’s podcast Monday.”

“One challenge for employers now is deciding which posts cross a line and should result in an employee’s termination, human-resources specialists say. In some cases, workers say they lost their jobs for posts that didn’t endorse violence or celebrate Kirk’s murder.
The online campaigns also have wrongly implicated some people.”

  • Miserable fascist descent into hell.
  • Back here in the US, "A right-wing man killed another right-wing man at a right-wing event at a right-wing college in a right-wing city with a right-wing mayor in a right-wing state with a right-wing governor and right-wing gun laws BECAUSE HE WASN'T RIGHT-WING ENOUGH.

The Republicans have to blame the Democrats because the only other group they could blame would be themselves. Deep down, they know the truth, but they can't face it because that would mean reassessing their whole belief system."
  • @Mark's got it nailed.
  • Yes, he frequently does that.
