He ran a hedge fund, before. Appeared on WSW on Bloomberg. Did he run the fund into the ground? ..... Needless to say, the a priori assumptions one brings to the table will color EVERYTHING you think about and the slant you put on all learnings, plus the spin you offer when confronted by certain facts.
In some particular "heavy" discussions, time and time again, we reach a point where I'll offer to say: see? It's water. And the other fellow can't bring himself to agree. Instead, he will say: "no, those are a combination of hydrogen and oxygen molecules. " ORK.
