This was pretty interesting - Several of the reccomendations was Private Credit & Private realestate . I would love to hear from anyone using the private credit space .

Crowdstreet is effectively like a NASDAQ but they pretend to be a lot more and tout heavily their vetting process. Many sponsors on the platform have been poorly vetted and in some situations sponsor disclosures were made after a deal was listed on the site. CS is pretty much hands off once a deal has closed, they won't enforce anything including sponsors posting timely quarterly statements. I could go on but you get the idea.
