DoubleLine's Gundlach Says It's 'A Little Late' To Go Into U.S. Treasuries After Rally

  • For anyone interested, pull up a long-term chart (10-yr) on AGG and TLT. Current prices are now in/at resistance levels on the charts. Sure prices may puncture through them, headed to the moon. But I suspect the more likely scenario is that prices for quality bonds go through a topping process, and then eventually retrace some of the enormous moves we have seen since Dec 2018.

I plan on lightening up my longer-duration quality bonds on 8/6/19, with proceeds going into short-term stuff. Will retain most/all my mid-duration stuff, but keep an eye on the exits for that too...
