PC problem update

Thanks for all the replies. Much to my surprise, the PC mended itself on Sunday or Saturday night.
Prior to that time, touch screen wasn't working, entering pass words or typing; not working,mega tabs opening, plus a few more things going on. Thanks for the patch, from where ever it came !!
I'll be talking with Staples, where PC was purchased & see if they can tell me what took place over the last 3 days.
It seems to me that most of the above took place prior to my 1/st trip to Staples.

  • I think you might have an intermittent connectivity issue regarding touch functions. More than Staples, manufacturer should be able to resolve that for you. Don't hesitate to contact manufacturer especially within warranty period unless Staples replace it.
