    I actually like the fee structure based upon holding period. Hopefully this will be something that is followed by funds institutional and otherwise.

    I don't undearstand why any of us should be happy or like this. I want him to focus on managing our mutual funds.

    Reply to @VintageFreak: Agreed! I hope he isn't spead too thin, but with hundreds of millions of his own money invested in the mutual funds, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
