Reply to @hank: Apparently there will be (whenever it actually reopens), a few minutes of quotes and then reopen. Now passing 90 min. Pretty remarkable. Market is quiet and doesn't seem to care much, but what if there was something significant going on and this happened?
Oddly though, a fairly significant drop in Apple moments before nasdaq froze up.

Nasdaq now saying trading apparently going to start trading again at 2:45ET, although we'll see how that goes.
