Cashin's interesting for his technical analysis. Probably a good short-term barometer (of sentiment if nothing else). Unfortunately, the winds & currents he assesses are subject to change.
BTW: I agree with your (seemingly bullish) assessment Ted, and do think the equity markets will be higher by year's end. Wouldn't be running to cash. My reason isn't very scientific. But, when I look at a very good conservative allocation fund like TRRIX and see it up only 2+% (stymied by bonds), it leads me to believe something has to give - and would expect that to be more upside for equities - and maybe bonds as well.
