I continue to think energy co's are one sector that remains cheap - a number of them (Chevron, Shell, Conoco, Exxon, etc) trading at or near single digit P/E's and offering very nice dividends.
Additionally: mortgage apps drop 16% to a 2-yr low- all the idiots on CNBC talking about how rising interest rates will not effect things.......(http://seekingalpha.com/currents/post/1119192)
