I did a little buying around S&P 500 Index 1600 range and back there of rounding out and adding to existing positions; but, I have not yet opened any new positions. While the markets have had two days of nice rebound upward movement I do not think we have seen the summer low yet.
With this, I am still governing with caution and maintaining a high cash level.
