Based on the filing below, I guess Artisan is postponing the launch of the fund again. Also, no advertisement on Artisan's web site about the fund offering.

I did call and speak with a CSR this morning. CSR indicated that they have received no information on when the Global Small Cap will be offered

Curious, indeed. I met at Morningstar with Mr. Yockey, who seemed relaxed and in good spirits. He wasn't able to discuss a fund in registration (and, on principle, I did not ask) but our general conversation didn't seem to signal anything terribly pressing.

Odd.

from the Artisan website: "Artisan Partners will launch a new active equity fund, Artisan Global Small Cap Fund (ARTWX) on Tuesday, June 25, 2013. The fund will be managed by the Artisan Partners Global Equity team."

Were I they, I might stall the launch until I smelled a bottom in this volatility. Not being they, should they launch now, I might wait to invest until others convinced me the bottom had occurred.
