Here are its reported holdings as of 12/31/25 ... though the 16.3% in Treasuries doesn't show up on the website as a December holding.

I really hate the new annual 'report' formats, btw.

(Still haven't pulled the trigger on cleaving 80% of my position, but I'm getting closer by the day.)

In my opinion, the huge AUM of PRWCX has reduced its flexibility to navigate the market it once had. The concentration around the Mag 7 stocks made stock picking challenging; the top 10 holdings show that well. Starting last year, the fund trailed its peers for most of the year as the fund made big changes. NVIDA was added while other health care stocks were trimmed.

PRWCX was one of our large allocation funds that we hold for many years. In order to reduce risk, we swapped 1/3 of the fund toward value funds overa period of three years. In light of this is a concentrated portfolio, it carries higher risk than we like.

@rforno, i would consider reducing PRWCX gradually over say 12 months if the fund no longer fits your needs.
  • Similarly, we have been reducing exposure to PRWCX (TRAIX) for a few years now. Sold some and also redirecting capital gains and dividends to money market for deployment elsewhere.
  • @Sven - in my case, if/when I trim, it'll be a large chunk at one time, so I have cash available for other purchases ... I can always buy back in if I want to down the road.
  • I only held it in the IRA. I look at allocation funds as defensive funds. If I want to have growth in the IRA I'll buy an equity fund in the blend or growth box. So I dumped the whole thing.
