I ended up buying the Militia Long Short ETF after the write up in October. I read the ETF and hedge fund site commentary as well as listening to a podcast he was on and came away impressed.

ORR will likely not short many individual stocks as they admit that it's tougher to do so in an ETF format.
Anyway, this ETF has started off well. I'll watch it closely by buying a few shares.
