  • What the hey? If the three branches can conspire to ignore one part of the Constitution then why not ignore the entire thing. That way there is no Constitutional method for amending the Constitution to erase the parts you decide to weasle your way around. Some people I worked with had a policy of "don't ask" and, if trouble arises, "apologize". It worked about 100% of the time.
  • From my vantage point as far away as it might be they don't even bother asking and apologies are out of the question. Bunch of sicko's and deviates.

  • At Old_Joe. They have the guns and they will not hesitate to use them on citizens. Why do you think the regime purged the military of leaders they felt might not follow a clearly unlawful order. Like shooting demonstrators,,,,? And they got rid of the JAGS who would advise officers to question unlawful orders. The day is coming.
