Reinhart and Rogoff; The Debate, The Big Picture and Beyond

edited April 2013 in Off-Topic
The economic theory(s) debates continue from the long past and into the future; awaiting further debate for reading pleasure into the next lifetimes.

Personally, economic theories should tend to meet at some common sense middle ground, whatever that may be to any one person. Today the economic patient has too many doctors (central gov'ts, central banks, IMF, World Bank, ECB, etc., etc., etc.); attempting to find a cure for a problem which came into place from too many economic doctors of the past. An area of debate worthy of many thousands of words and thoughts to be expressed by others.
