M* again: suddenly decided not to recognize me as a "Premium" member.

....Though I'm signed-in, from all appearances. I'm not actually paying them. It's a legacy perk from TRP. They have MY email, since I'm babysitting a friend's moolah. But now, the analyst reports won't show. They are designated for Premium members. Of which I am one.

Sounds rather like the case of a certain Orange politician who took an oath to uphold the Constitution, but isn't sure the oath actually matters. And his lawyers, whose guidance he says he is following, say they are just following his orders. Catch22. Around and around we go.

I just never sign-out. But I got signed-out, or my status was pulled. No announcement, nothing. My 13-letter/number password is a thing I don't remember. It's not one I use, otherwise. Or did THEY manufacture it?

self-chosen pwd now, but unsure initially.
i rely on phone browsers to remember.
  • Sorry if this sounds too obvious, but when I log out and try to log in, after entering my email address it prompts me for a password and also provides a link: "Forgot password?"

That's supposed to email you a link to reset your password, though I'm not tempting fate by trying it myself.
