M* "stale" message thread

Started by yours truly. I got a reply full of promises. But the issue is WEEKS old, by now. Here it is, verbatim:

"We are updating our reporting systems to more quickly and accurately bring information to our quote pages and Portfolio Manager tool.

If you provide the tickers of the affected funds, I can pass them along to our team reviewing the matter."

  • I'm surprised you weren't asked what browser you were using...that is the default stalling tactic.

    When I got M* Portfolio Manager I get this right now. Hopefully upgrades resolve the issues we are seeing recently:

    We are currently doing some maintenance and upgrades to Morningstar's Portfolio Manager.


    Our scheduled downtime is: Tuesday Apr. 23, 2013 9:50PM - 10:50PM CT
