Also Aaron Szabo, a lobbyist and former federal official, has been chosen to lead the EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation. He will oversee efforts to roll back climate and air pollution rules, including replacing standards on power plants, vehicles, and other sectors, aligning with President Trump’s agenda."

Update 3:- Trump’s so-called Department of Government Efficiency has been officially established by executive order.
- Trump issued an order requiring executive branch agencies to abolish all “diversity, equity, and inclusion” programs, goals, mandates and plans, as well as environmental justice programs. All such offices are to be closed and the holders of like “chief diversity officer” are to be fired.
- Reports suggest that all government agency websites may soon be stripped of content related to climate change.
- Trump has signed an order renaming the Gulf of Mexico as the Gulf of America and officially reverting Denali’s name back to Mount McKinley."
