Anybody tried this yet? (Apple eye tracking) Sounds spooky.

Just noticed this new feature in looking over Settings in the latest IOS version which updates automatically several times a month on all my Apple devices. It’s in the default “off” setting. So I’m not sure I want to switch it on. Getting some bad “vibes” here. Maybe just behind the times?


Eye Tracking

Eye Tracking allows you to control your device using just your eyes. iPad should be on a stable surface, about one and a half feet away from your face.

Setup
Eye Tracking uses the front-facing camera to
• determine where you are looking at on the screen.
Make sure the front-facing camera has a clear view of your face, with adequate lighting.
For best results, iPad should be on a stable

Calibration
• After Eye Tracking is turned on, you will be directed to calibrate the device.
