Work stoppages in Canada's RRs next week could screw up our own supply chains.
US media doesn't seem to give much coverage to this, though it deserves more given its possible impact. Although the government's call for arbitration appeared to relieve the pressure, it didn't...with calls for a Monday strike currently planned.
I've been watching this over the past few weeks since travel via the Rocky Mountaineer from Banff to Vancouver is planned for the 2nd week in September.
