Did not watch. Apart from the genocide in Palestine, I have the highest regard for Joe. I knew ahead of time that he would be gracious and sincere. Even re: Palestine, I still do not doubt that Joe is convinced he's doing the right thing. Ethics matter to him. He is well aware of the dignity of the Presidency and that serving a higher purpose and being a generous, self-sacrificing person is what matters. The Repugnant Party is off the rails, and has been that way since the days of Gingrich the Newt and Ralph Reed. McConnell is long overdue for a dirt nap. Dignity, truth, ethics? Not on the agenda for the Repugs.
