  • There are not extreme enough words in the English language in order for me to express the depth of my disgust.SHE is his owned, feckless, criminal scum appointee.
  • You cannot ever drain a swamp when all of the swamp decision makers are the all-wet of the swamp.

+1. By now, we are living through and witnessing the expedited dissolution of the country at the hands of entirely unethical politicians, "Judges" and their lackeys. There are no standards. The Rule of Law is just GONE.
  • Every decision of the Extreme Ideologue Court and its wannabe judges like Cannon takes us a little further along in judicially rewriting/dismantling the Constitution. Imagine how far four more years of Trump, with a GQP Senate confirming Cannon-like judges throughout the federal court system, would take us away from (even) the flawed republic we inhabit now.
  • Well, we're there, and we don't even grow bananas.

Judge Cannon's decision was very unconventional and will definitely be appealed.
She referenced Justice Thomas's statements questioning whether special
counsel Jack Smith was lawfully appointed.
AFAIK, Justice Thomas did not question appointments of special counsel
Robert Hur who investigated Joe Biden's handling of classified documents
or special counsel David Weiss who investigated Hunter Biden.
I thought Supreme Court Justices were supposed to be impartial arbiters! :-(

"supposed to be impartial" ain't quite the same thing as "are impartial".

All along Cannon has done everything that she could to string this hearing out and give Trump as much delay as possible, hoping that he will be reelected and then shut down the entire trial.. This is just more of the same. You can bet that she will be appropriately rewarded if Trump becomes president again.
  • The appellate court for Florida is the 11th, very conservative, but they did reverse Cannon once. But from there, if successful, it'd go to the partisan hack majority in the hallowed halls of D.C. for another trashing of the Constitution, judicial precedent, and law.
  • Will any court risk their own welfare at this point?
  • Dystopia. With an abundance of bananas.
