I'm thinking he's correct. China is pushing and itching for a war. The other day, I saw that they boarded a Filipino ship and seized weapons from some of the crew. One guy had a finger cut off.

Remember what we learned about the War of 1812? "Impressment of seamen."
It's not the same thing exactly, but the unwarranted, illegal, repeated harassment of Philippines vessels by the Chinese Navy or Coast Guard is already a pattern that needs to be confronted and stopped. I'm remembering the way JFK took the bull by the horns with the Cuban Missile Crisis....
