Rekenthaler article about fund company buying another fund company
This is at Morningstar. I like Rekenthaler's articles. He almost always uses some hard data to make his points. And he usually leaves me wanting to know more; that is, its usually a short read.
This article says that (usually) one company taking over another doesn't help the fundholders.
