Frontier Market bonds. I've seen the portfolio, and it's full of sovereigns. Crazy good current SEC yield: 17.31% and TTM yield = 10.47.
It certainly is beaten down in terms of shareprice, especially since the Powell rise in interest rates. I'm supposing it's USD stuff, not local currency. I've been keeping my eye on this little booger for over a year, now. AGEPX.
