see bond tab....united states...scroll down for charts on each bond maturity traded. CRB components charts useful. oil price charts useful. Long term CRB index chart useful. Crypto charts if you are into that. Nat Gas daily chart useful.
The alerts tab on economic release data is faster than CNBC reports the data. (top right drop down automatic).
Data is updated intra day but have not checked to see if real time or delayed.
